Membership / Subscriptions
For the year 1 January to 31 December our membership options are listed below, these include all district and New Zealand Golf levies and are GST inclusive.

We offer several payment options, including a monthly direct credit. Please contact the office for further information.
We also offer short term visitor memberships. Please contact the General Manager for more details.

Tee Bookings
On Line Booking System for Members
We run an online tee booking system of which there are the following three options:

1. NGC Members -Book Online, using your home computer. To do so, the Golf Club must have your current email address.
2. Book at the Golf Club using the Touch Screen Computer located in the Club foyer.
3. Telephone the Office 844 7913 or Proshop 844 7970 to make a tee booking.

NOTE: The Start Sheet is displayed DAILY outside the Clubhouse. Tee Bookings and cancellations ARE NOT AVAILABLE ONLINE on the ACTUAL day of play. If you wish to cancel on the day, make a booking, or you have any other queries, please don’t hesitate to ring our friendly office staff on 06 8447913.

Group Booking Form
Please click on the link at the end of this paragraph to a form for you to complete if you wish to use our course with others as a group of 20 or more players. Completion of this form will be taken as acceptance of the conditions in our Group Bookings Policy which is included on the form and is available for download here.

Club House Facilities
We have an excellent catering service provided by Natalie and Davood of Partee Catering.
A wide range of catering is available from boxed lunches, BBQ’s and on course catering for corporate golf events to cocktail parties, wedding receptions, company and board dinners, special occasions, like birthdays, anniversaries, prize giving’s, mid winter and end of year Christmas events.
All our functions and menus are custom designed to suit your budget and occasion. We can plate and serve your menu or buffet style.
The Café is open Tuesday to Friday from 10:00am to 3:00pm, and on Saturday and Sunday from 10:00am to 5:30pm.
Our Lounge Bar is staffed by our Bar Manager Sue Burn. We stock a wide range of beer, spirits and non alcoholic drinks.

Pro Shop
Kim Southerden, our resident Golf Professional, can provide all your golfing needs. The Pro Shop has a wide variety of brands, including shoes, clubs, bags and golfing apparel. Whether it’s a repair or a new driver Kim provides a friendly, fast service.

Discounted Green Fee Arrangement
Manor Park Golf Club, Wellington $20.00 per 18 holes

If planning to visit any of these Golf Clubs, please ring first to establish if a Tee time is available. To receive the privilege offered under these arrangements, members MUST PRODUCE their Membership Card on arrival at the Course.

LOCAL:
The Napier Golf Club has arranged with the Hawkes Bay Golf Club, the Maraenui Golf Club and the Hastings Golf Club, a reduced green fee of $20.00 for members visiting these Clubs. Membership cards MUST be produced to receive this privilege.
